The Lobby is a meeting place for residents going into the dining rooms or stopping by to get mail.

It's also the site of informal social gatherings at the end of the day--bring your beverage and snack of choice.

The Clubhouse is at the heart of Del Mesa Carmel and provides a number of rooms for a wide variety of activities. It also houses Woody's at Del Mesa restaurant, Administrative Offices, the maintenance shop, and a very helpful Front Desk. Meeting rooms double as card and game rooms, the library has a kitchenette included for large gatherings, and there’s a woodworking shop.
