All documents and forms are in PDF format that can be printed, filled in, and submitted to the office.

Please keep in mind that all Landscape and Remodel applications need to be submitted at least one  week prior to the Building and Grounds Committee meeting in order to be approved on time.

The gardens and lawns around each unit are Common Area and are maintained by the Association's gardeners. Changes to the landscaping around a unit must be approved by the Building and Grounds Committee and by the Landscaping Supervisor. Fill in and submit this form to the office.  

Remodel Application

All remodeling changes to a unit must be approved by the Building & Grounds Committee and the Maintenance Supervisor. No approval is required for minor changes within a unit such as painting.  New appliances do not require approval if they can be connected to existing utility outlets.  See the Ground Rules for detailed information.
