Del Mesa Carmel Community Association, Inc. (DMC) is incorporated under the California Corporations Code as a Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation.  The Board of Directors has responsibility for governing to ensure compliance with State and Federal Laws, as well as the DMC Declarations (CC&Rs), Bylaws, and Ground Rules.  The Board oversees DMC's employees through the General Manager and makes decisions on the budget and the Reserve Fund savings for future replacements and maintenance. The Board also evaluates new laws to ensure compliance and avoid to liabilities.
